Q. How can we go to the hotel from New Chitose Airport?

A. Please take public limousine bus or JR train from New Chitose Airport to Sapporo Grand Hotel. The bus stops at the hotel. For more information, please visit here.

Q. Can we send luggage or parcel to the hotel in advance for our stay?

A. We are glad to keep your parcels or luggage before your check-in date. Please fill in reservation guests' full names and check-in date on a delivery slip.

Q. Can we leave our luggage in the hotel before check-in or after check-out?

A. Yes, please ask our bell person and leave any luggage at the bell desk in the lobby.

Q. What time are Check-in time and Check-out time ?

A. Our check-in time is starts at 3pm and check out time is 11am. Please do not hesitate to ask our staff if you would like us to keep your baggage before check-in or after check-out.

Q. Do you accept early check-in and late check-out?

A. Generally we offer guests the arrangement with additional fee.
It is always based on its availability and so as the rate.

Q. Are there Connecting Rooms in your hotel ?

A. Yes, we have 70sq.-connecting rooms only in the East Building. Please visit here for detailed information.

Q. Which room type can be arranged the extra bed? Would it be charged?

A. Yes, it costs JPY3,500/ per bed/per night, including service charge and 8% tax.
The available room type is East Building Large Twin or Deluxe Twin room,mainly.

Q. Can we use the baby cot? Would it be charged?

A. Yes, we can arrange but need to reserve in advance.
It costs JPY1,500/per cot/per night, including service charge and 8% tax.

Q. Can we share one bed with my child?

A. The child guests aged 0 to 5 are able to share without charges.
*The child over aged 5 would be counted as adult guests.

Q. Can we specify a Non-smoking on your website?

A. You may choose a Non-smoking room with room types. There is each room type with "Smoking" or "Non-smoking." Please select one you prefer when you make a reservation. We follow the booking room type you selected in advance.

Q. Is there parking space at the hotel?

A. Yes, our parking facility is a high-rise type at Annex Building side of the hotel.
It costs JPY1,500/Counted by days you stay.
*There is no advanced-booking function for that.

Q. Can I exchange foreign currency inside the hotel?

A. Yes, there is an automatic foreign currency exchange machine next to the reception desk for 24 hours.
