How can we go to the hotel from New Chitose Airport?

Please take public limousine bus or JR train from New Chitose Airport to Sapporo Grand Hotel. The bus stops at the hotel. For more information, please visit here

Can we send luggage or parcel to the hotel in advance for our stay?

We are glad to keep your parcels or luggage before your check-in date. Please fill in reservation guests' full names and check-in date on a delivery slip.
Can we leave our luggage in the hotel before check-in or after check-out?

Yes, please ask our bell person and leave any luggage at the bell desk in the lobby.
What time are Check-in time and Check-out time ?

Our check-in time is starts at 3pm and check out time is 11am. Please do not hesitate to ask our staff if you would like us to keep your baggage before check-in or after check-out.
Do you accept early check-in and late check-out?

Generally we offer guests the arrangement with additional fee.
