Sapporo Grand Hotel is celebrating its 90th anniversary in December 2024.

The hotel opened as Hokkaido's first full-fledged Western-style hotel in December 1934, with a mission to extend the warmest welcome to guests, domestic and abroad, and share Western culture with them for the benefit of Sapporo, Hokkaido.

Our 90th-anniversary slogan, "Preserving and Honoring Tradition and Trust for Future Generations," reflects our commitment to reciprocating the warm support of our loyal customers. Using the skills, flavors, and hospitality inherited from our predecessors, we will continue to innovate and strive to provide our esteemed customers with the "pinnacle of hospitality" and "a lavish stay" at our hotel.
